Job Description Provides support to site voice systems. Administers PBX, voicemail and IP PBX systems for voice adds, removals, moves and changes. Maintains phone network cabling. Maintains call billback records reconciled with headcount reports. Works with users and service provider to deliver highest quality phone service.

Supports scheduling and operation of site video Teleconference centers. Coordinates with internal employees and external sites. Ensures that required connections are established to coincide with scheduled meetings. Performs connectivity troubleshooting. Performs all duties for classified video teleconferencing.
Some travel may be required.
Qualifications Good communications skills, team player, good trouble-shooting skills. Basic computer skills. Highly professional demeanor.Familiarity with PBX systems.

Polycom certified a plus.
