Job Description DatCom, the premier technology service provider, is looking to hire a level 1 Technician full-time in the Tyler, Texas area.
Qualifications - 1-2 years previous technical helpdesk experience is a plus.
- Typing speed of 50 WPM
- Experience with Windows Operating Systems. MCSA is preferred.
- TCP/IP experience
- Excellent interpersonal, customer relations and telephone skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Previous experience working with the public a plus
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS INCLUDED
